Smoked salts are a fantastic flavour to add to any dish, from savoury to sweet. At Dorset Blends Limited we add our Whisky Oak Smoked Sea Salt Flakes into cheese sauces, amazing for cauliflower or Mac 'n' Cheese, and add it to just steamed vegetables like potatoes, asparagus, fine beans and carrots, with a knob of butter.
