Our use of red bell pepper and sweet paprika flakes, combine to release their oils and fragrance ensuring a fresh burst of smoky sweet flavour with each twist or grind, making our Dorset Blends Smoked Chilli Spices and Coarse Sea Salt very different from infused salts.
