Our Smoked Chilli Spices and Coarse Sea Salt adds a smoky sweet chilli sauce style twist with this Salt Blends! We double smoke all our products by hand, smoking not just the salt, but the chilli flakes too! Our use of red bell pepper and sweet paprika flakes, combine to release their oils and fragrance ensuring a fresh burst of smoky sweet flavour with each twist or grind, making our Dorset Blends Smoked Chilli Spices and Coarse Sea Salt very different from infused salts. Lightly oil and grind before or after grilling, onto seafood, meats, veggies.
