A Dorset Blends family favourite is a medley of vegetables including onion, carrot, garlic, and peppers, tossed in olive oil with one of our Herb Blends and roasted in the oven. Be adventurous and try your own vegetable combos with Mediterranean Herbs - butternut squash and sweet potatoes work very well, as does cheekily throwing in some feta and going Greek!
